Submit only original and authentic documents. Payment happens online once the job is completed by our representative. Service success depends on government portals being available. All services are subject to government regulations.

Agreement

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, booking a service, or using the FliponeX app or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Honesty

2. Document authenticity

Customers must provide original and authentic documents for all applications. Submission of fraudulent documents will lead to:

  • Immediate termination of the service.
  • The matter being reported to the relevant authorities.

Reality

3. Service success

Service success is subject to Government portal availability. FliponeX facilitates documentation but cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on:

  • Government portal uptime and processing times.
  • The accuracy of the documents you provide.
  • Eligibility criteria set by the issuing authority.

We commit to our best effort and clear communication throughout.

Online only

4. Payment

Payment is mandatory immediately upon job completion by the representative. Payments settle online via our payment gateway — we do not accept cash at any point. Once you confirm completion in the app, the agreed fee is debited from your chosen payment method and a digital receipt is issued.

Compliance

5. Government regulations

All services are subject to Government regulations in force at the time of filing. Pricing, document checklists, and eligibility criteria shown in the app reflect the current rules and may change without prior notice if Government policy changes.

Resolution

6. Disputes

For any dispute, please first reach out through our contact channels. We aim to acknowledge promptly and resolve within a reasonable timeframe. You can also raise a ticket inside the app for booking, representative, or payment-related issues.

Updates

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app and on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
