Raise a ticket
For delays, representative behaviour, pending tasks, or payment issues, open "Raise a Ticket" inside the FliponeX app. Our support team picks it up and tracks it through to resolution.
Booking issue
Share your booking ID and a short description so we can trace the status in our system.
Representative concern
Mention the name and approximate time of visit so we can pull the right log.
Payment question
Include the transaction ID from your bank SMS or app receipt.
