FliponeX Digital respects your privacy. We use your documents solely for the requested service. Once the task is concluded, sensitive data is securely purged from our active systems. We never sell your data to third parties.

Data

1. What we collect

The minimum needed to deliver your booking:

  • Name, mobile, and email — to create your account and contact you about bookings.
  • Documents you upload (Aadhaar, PAN, address proof, photographs, etc.) — only for the service in question.
  • Booking and chat history — to deliver the service, share status updates, and resolve any disputes.
  • Device location— only when you tap "Use my location" while booking. We do not track location in the background.

2. How we use it

Strictly to:

  • Fulfil the service you booked.
  • Send booking confirmations, OTPs, status updates, and payment receipts.
  • Detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the platform.
  • Meet legal and government-regulator obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing profiles.

Retention

3. How long we keep it

Documents and personal data are retained for the duration of the active booking plus a short statutory window required by Indian law for financial and tax records. After that, sensitive data is purged from our active systems.

Disclosure

4. Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to deliver the service:

  • Government portals when filing the service you booked (e.g. for Aadhaar, PAN, or welfare-scheme submissions).
  • Our payment gateway when you pay — limited to the information needed to settle the transaction.
  • Law enforcement when legally compelled by a valid Indian court or regulatory order.

We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for cross-platform tracking.

5. Your rights

You can, at any time:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate details.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data — subject to data we are required to retain by law.
  • Withdraw consent for optional processing.

Email support@fliponex.com with the subject "Data request" and your registered mobile. We acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified requests within a reasonable time.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the app. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the effective date of the current version.
