Want out? We get it. Here's exactly how to permanently close your FliponeX account.
This action is permanent
Once your deletion is processed, your account, booking history, uploaded documents, and saved preferences cannot be restored. If you have any active bookings, please complete or cancel them before you submit a deletion request.
How it works
Four steps, one email
We do not yet have an in-app delete button — you raise the request by email and we handle it manually so we can verify it's really you.

Use the email address registered with your FliponeX account so we can verify your identity faster.

It opens a new email pre-filled with the right subject and a short template — fill in your name and mobile.
Send to support
Send the email to support@fliponex.com. We acknowledge within 24 hours and start the verification.
We confirm & delete
Within 30 days your account, documents, and booking history are purged. We email a final confirmation.

What will be deleted
- Your name, mobile, email, and password.
- All documents you uploaded (Aadhaar, PAN, address proof, photos, etc.).
- Your booking history and service records.
- Representative-visit logs tied to your bookings.
- Chat transcripts with support and representatives.
- Ratings and feedback you submitted.
- Saved preferences (language, addresses).
- Device push-notification tokens.
What may be retained
Anonymised financial-transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years to meet Indian tax, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations. Anonymised means:
- No name, mobile, email, or other identifier.
- Only the amount, date, and gateway reference.
- Only the service category booked (no document details).
These records cannot be linked back to you. They're retained only to meet legal obligations — never used to re-contact or re-market.
